Jonathan Goldman is an international authority on sound healing and pioneer in the field of harmonics, as well as director of the Sound Healers Association.
A Grammy nominee, he has “dedicated his life to helping awaken and empower people with the ability of sound to both heal and transform.
Jonathan coined the term ‘frequency shifting’, based on a formula he came up with after years of research and experience: frequency + intent = healing.
A major key when working with Sound is the power of Intent. Remember it’s not just the frequency but also the energy behind the Sound.

Some of his award winning tracks include ‘The Divine Name’, ‘Frequencies: Sounds of Healing’ and ‘Chakra Chants’. ‘Holy Harmony’ is one of his tracks, released in 2002. The track itself is composed of the sound of tuning forks combined with chanting.
I find myself drawn to listening to this track over and over again, and the combination of the tuning forks and the calm gentle chanting draws me into quite a deep meditation. Jonathan writes on his website that these sounds may also be extremely healing and transformation. While I can’t and won’t make any claims that this is the case, my personal experience of being drawn to listen to this music at times of stress because of its ability to help me de-stress is enough for me to happily recommend this track to anyone else looking for music for deep relaxation and emotional healing.
I suggest you experience it for yourself. If you are interested in getting your hands on a copy of the CD, have a look at the shop page here.
